About

In high-school, I was introduced to the hands-on world of theater production and teamwork. This love for the technical “behind-the-scenes” grew after graduating as I moved towards video editing as a hobby. Once I got to the University of New Haven, I was able to get a real feel for what it is like to work in different production settings: TV studio control rooms, sound stages, and short film sets. Each class I took enhanced my production knowledge and helped me understand more and more about how the video world operates. During the summer of 2019, I interned with MassMutual Insurance’s studio m to see how a real production studio operated and was tasked with everything from set builds to full video editing. In my final year of school, I had the opportunity to work on my Film class’ final project “In Loving Memory” as the first camera assistant. The short film will be released later this year and submitted to the Cannes Film Festival. In addition to this tremendously amazing experience, I also partnered with a new tech start-up based out of Los Angeles called “ElectraCast Media”. I work with ECM’s lead producers Mark Netter and Peter Rafelson to create video trailers for their outstanding line of new podcast series. I plan to continue learning about the video editing world and get as much experience as I can post graduation!
